ADS Sales Representative
Putting an estimated 1.3 million miles on his pickups over the years, Brad’s worn out more sets of tires than a small army. But one thing’s for certain: he’s built a lot of longstanding relationships over his nearly 40-year career, and he cherishes every conversation that’s come with it.
“If you provide a quote or tell someone you’re going to get something done, you better git er’ done. Or they’ll find someone who will.”
Raised on a farm, Brad learned at a young age how things needed to get done. And he’s brought that same mindset to his professional career, treating every farmer and contractor the way his dad would want to be treated. He still gets choked up talking about his late father, so it’s clear the kind of impact he had on Brad’s life.
Having been in the business since 1981, Brad has seen a lot of changes in the industry. Whether it’s the introduction of GPS technology, the sheer volume of pipe installed per day, or changes in communication preference, especially with the adoption of text and email, one thing remains the same – you must earn trust to make it in this industry. It’s the essential aspect of this business. As Brad puts it, “If you provide a quote or tell someone you’re going to get something done, you better git ‘er done. Or they’ll find someone else who will.” Anyone who’s worked with Brad knows he’s a man of his word.
